The State & Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) is a historic $1 billion investment in improving the nation's cybersecurity posture by empowering state, local, and territorial governments to address cybersecurity risks and threats to the information systems they own and operate.

But what exactly is going on with the $185 million and $400 million in funds appropriated for SLCGP in FY22 and FY23, respectively?
